GUIDE / IMPLANT REORDERING
Automatic implant reordering for dental clinics
Running out of a common implant size usually means a rushed call to the rep or a rescheduled patient. Reordering by memory works until the person who remembers is away. Cabinet turns stock levels into a draft order.
Set the level once
For each implant size you keep, set a minimum and a maximum. Cabinet compares them with live stock, which changes as fixtures are received and placed, so the levels stay meaningful without a manual count.
Shortages become a draft order
When an item falls below its minimum, Cabinet adds it to a draft order with a suggested quantity. Review the list, adjust anything, and the order message is ready.
Send it the way you already work
Send the order to your supplier representative through Cabinet, or share the message through any app on your phone. Nothing is sent without your review.
Keep the request traceable
Cabinet distinguishes an order sent inside Cabinet from a message handed to another app. A shared message still needs to be sent there. Order history keeps the reviewed message and recipient together, so the team can check what was requested before placing another order. For direct delivery inside Cabinet, first link the supplier representative's Cabinet account for the brand you are ordering.
Expiry and exchange windows
Because every fixture is stored with its lot and expiry date, Cabinet can highlight lots approaching expiry while there is still time to use them or arrange an exchange with your supplier.
Cabinet is in alpha testing on Android. Open the app and tap Try the demo to look around without signing up, or start in your browser. Android testers can join at play.google.com/apps/testing/dental.cabinet.
