TERMS OF SERVICE / EFFECTIVE 12 SEPTEMBER 2026
Terms of service
Cabinet helps dental practices manage stock, operations and financial records. These terms apply when you create an account or use the service.
1. Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your password and authenticator, and give each team member their own access. The clinic owner controls staff permissions and connections to suppliers or DSO organisations. You are responsible for activity performed through authorised accounts.
2. Clinical and financial decisions
Cabinet is an administrative record and decision-support tool. It does not provide medical, accounting, tax or legal advice. Verify product identity, lot, serial number, expiry, clinical suitability, order quantities, depreciation and financial figures before relying on them. Follow local professional rules and manufacturers’ instructions.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of the information you enter. You permit Cabinet to store and process it only to operate the service and the sharing you explicitly enable. Do not enter patient names or other unnecessary patient identifiers. Our privacy policy explains storage, sharing, retention and deletion.
4. Shared catalogue
Catalogue submissions are proposals until independently reviewed. Submit only information you may lawfully share and support it with reliable evidence. Approval means the evidence and conflict checks were reviewed; it is not a clinical endorsement or guarantee by Cabinet.
5. Acceptable use
Do not access another organisation without permission, misrepresent stock or product evidence, disrupt the service, probe security without written authorisation, upload malware, or use Cabinet for unlawful trade. We may restrict access needed to protect users, data or the service.
6. Availability and backups
We work to keep Cabinet available and maintain encrypted backups, but no online service is uninterrupted. Keep any records your law or clinical practice requires outside Cabinet. Planned maintenance and urgent security work may temporarily affect access.
7. Pricing and changes
Cabinet is in early access and public pricing is not yet set. We will show the price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation terms before charging. Material changes to these terms or data use will be announced in the app before they take effect.
8. Ending use
You may stop using Cabinet and permanently delete the account. Instructions are available on the public account deletion page. We may suspend serious abuse or a security threat and will preserve export or deletion rights where reasonably possible.
9. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Cabinet is provided without a promise that every suggestion or third-party service will be error-free. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; mandatory consumer and data-protection rights in your country still apply.
